Meet Your Italian and Sicilian Teacher

Ciao! I'm Domenico, a certified Italian language teacher from Sicily.

For the past several years, I've been helping students from around the world build confidence in speaking Italian. I currently teach both Italian and Sicilian for a New York City–based organization, working with learners of different backgrounds and proficiency levels.

My lessons are taught using standard Italian pronunciation, free from regional accents, helping you develop clear and confident speaking skills. After every lesson, you'll receive a copy of my presentation slides so you can review everything we've covered and continue practicing at your own pace.

A Little About Me

I live in beautiful Sicily, the island where I was born, surrounded by sunshine, the Mediterranean Sea, incredible food (tiramisù, Sicilian cannoli, arancini, granita, pasta, and so much more), music, history, and a culture that makes this place truly unique.

As a native Sicilian, I'm also happy to introduce students to Sicily's language, traditions, and culture, offering an experience that goes far beyond learning grammar.
